Tara de Bie is a seasoned philanthropic strategist with over 20 years of experience helping healthcare and education institutions secure principal and major gifts, strengthen boards, and advance transformational initiatives. She partners with executives, boards, and high-net-worth donors to design and execute fundraising strategies that deliver measurable impact.

As Executive Director of Development at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in Palm Beach, Tara drives major gift programs supporting research, patient care, and innovation. Previously at Mount Sinai Hospital, she advanced critical campaigns in women’s breast and gynecologic health, collaborating closely with physicians, scientists, and volunteers.

Tara has held leadership roles at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, advising boards, principals, educators, and Nobel laureates.
