With more than 20 years of experience in education, social work, and nonprofit collaboration, Sarah is a strategic relationship-builder dedicated to advancing mission-driven organizations through meaningful engagement and community partnership. Throughout a diverse career, she has led programs, developed curriculum and initiatives, managed budgets, and cultivated strong relationships with students, families, educators, community leaders, and organizational stakeholders. 

As a science educator and department chair, Sarah has guided strategic planning efforts, mentored colleagues, and overseen program development and evaluation. Her work in social services focused on advocacy, counseling, and coordinating support systems for children and families, providing a deep understanding of community needs and the power of collaborative solutions. 

Drawing on experience across educational and nonprofit settings, Sarah excels at building trust, communicating compelling stories, and connecting people around a shared purpose. Her work is grounded in a commitment to equity, impact, and sustainable growth. With recent coursework in Instructional Design and Technology through the University of Virginia, she brings a thoughtful, innovative perspective to fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and organizational development.
