Morgan Holland Rayner

SENIOR FUNDRAISING STRATEGIST

Morgan has a background as a social worker and communications specialist with over a decade of experience supporting families, schools, and communities in both educational and nonprofit settings. She was previously a program manager within the San Francisco Unified School District, overseeing the Healthy Choices Americorps program and implementing the district-wide Mentoring For Success program. Prior to that, she worked as part of the development, fundraising, and communications team for a national nonprofit focused on health education.

Morgan holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from UCLA and a B.A. from Tufts University in Clinical Psychology and Community Health. She resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she enjoys exploring nature, cooking, and singing with her husband and young daughter.
