Kelly Thomas Tilley

FUNDRAISING STRATEGIST

Kelly Thomas Tilley is a fundraising professional with experience across all aspects of a development shop. She specializes in database management and implementation, process improvement, prospect research, reporting, strategic planning, and building new revenue-generating programs.

A proud product of Jesuit education from first grade through graduate school, Kelly is passionate about mission-driven work and expanding opportunities for underserved communities. In addition to her consulting work with DMD Consulting, she now channels that passion into her role as Associate Director of Development at Arrupe Jesuit High School in Denver, Colorado.

Kelly earned her business degree from Loyola University Maryland, where she also played Division I soccer, and later completed her MBA at Regis University. She lives in Colorado with her husband, Eric, their daughter, Brett, and their dog, Moagley. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her watching soccer, paddleboarding, or spending time with her family.
