Katie Brennan

FUNDRAISING STRATEGIST

Katie brings a breadth of experience as a classroom teacher across Catholic, charter, and public school settings, along with a lifelong commitment to Catholic education, to her role at DMD Consulting. A graduate of Providence College, she began her career with Teach for America as an elementary special education teacher at KIPP Baltimore, where she earned a Master’s degree in Leadership in Teaching from Notre Dame of Maryland University in 2013.

After returning to her native New York, Katie spent seven years as an English teacher and Department Lead at Cristo Rey Brooklyn High School before transitioning to her current role as an English teacher on Long Island, where she lives with her husband. She is deeply passionate about supporting mission-driven schools and leverages her expertise in education—along with her strengths in writing, communication, and relationship-building—to help schools thrive and provide a high-quality education for all students.
