Katherine “Katy” Capo Keches is a development and community engagement leader dedicated to building strong, connected communities. With 20 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, she brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach—helping organizations grow support in ways that are both meaningful and sustainable.

Most recently, Katy served as Director of Development & Community Engagement at Hill House Boston, where she led fundraising and marketing efforts, deepened donor relationships, and secured support from individuals, corporations, and foundations. She has a particular strength in designing campaigns and events that bring people together around a shared sense of purpose.

Katy is known for her collaborative style, strategic mindset, and genuine enthusiasm for connecting people to the causes they care about. She lives with her husband and two children in Boston.
