Jenny Dolan

MISSION ALIGNMENT STRATEGIST

Jenny’s background in religious education and organizational leadership informs her work in mission alignment at DMD Consulting. She began her career in Catholic education, serving as a theology teacher, department chair, and campus minister before moving into leadership roles, including Principal of Cristo Rey Brooklyn High School and Director of Curriculum Development and Assessment for the Archdiocese of New York. In these roles, Jenny led large-scale institutional transformation—strengthening academic programs, cultivating mission-centered culture, and expanding donor and community engagement to better support under-resourced students.

As a founding member and board leader of a nonprofit serving vulnerable girls in Kenya, Jenny brings hands-on experience in grassroots fundraising and donor development, building mission-driven partnerships and securing meaningful support. In recent years, she has expanded her impact through leadership and management consulting, doctoral studies, and raising her five children.

Jenny is passionate about social justice and supporting nonprofits that inspire others to make a difference. Across every role, she is committed to helping organizations articulate their purpose, strengthen alignment across stakeholders, and inspire meaningful investment in their mission. She believes that when strategy and mission are fully aligned, organizations not only raise more resources, but also deepen impact, trust, and long-term sustainability.
