Ieva Smidt

FUNDRAISING STRATEGIST

Ieva has over 10 years of fundraising experience across a wide range of non-profit organizations. She has held senior leadership roles on state and federal political races, cultural institutions, and most recently at a Cristo Rey school as a Director of Development. In her roles, she has tackled all aspects of development and fundraising operations, including comprehensive fundraising plans, donor acquisition, stewardship, and retention, fundraising strategy, grant writing, events, and annual giving.

Ieva holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Political Science from Florida State University. She resides in Boston, where she is an active member of the Lithuanian-American community, serving on the Board of Directors of the South Boston Lithuanian Citizens Association and as Chief of the Atlantic Region for the Lithuanian Scouting Association. In her free time, she enjoys traveling all over the globe.
