Hilary Lancaster

Hilary brings a unique blend of legal expertise and a passion for mission-driven education and community empowerment to her work, drawing on over a decade of experience as a corporate lawyer.  Most recently, Hilary was an associate in the finance group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she led complex financial transactions and honed her skills in navigating intricate legal frameworks and developing creative strategies with multidisciplinary teams.  

Hilary holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a BA in English, a minor in Sociology, and an Arab Studies Certificate.  She applies her expertise in strategic problem-solving to her current work in education, focusing on initiatives that expand access and equity.

Hilary lives on Long Island with her husband, their two children and their beloved dog.
