Aubrey Nichols

FUNDRAISING STRATEGIST

Aubrey Nichols is a strategic fundraising professional with 15 years of experience leading donor relations, capital campaigns, major and annual gift initiatives across a variety of nonprofit sectors. Most recently, she served as Director of Donor Relations at Pembroke Hill School, where she played a key role in stewarding major donors, leading annual philanthropic reporting, and supporting a $55M capital campaign.

Aubrey’s earlier experience includes managing major fundraising events, corporate sponsorships and client programs for such organizations as Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and the Kansas branch of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

Aubrey brings a collaborative, data-informed approach to consulting, helping mission-driven organizations strengthen donor pipelines, enhance stewardship, and optimize fundraising systems. She holds a JD from Washburn University School of Law and a BBA in Marketing from Pittsburg State University. She is at home in Kansas City where she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two young sons.
