Alex Nunan

FUNDRAISING STRATEGIST

Alex Nunan has been working in New York City Catholic Schools since her graduation from Boston College in 2017. She has worked in a variety of different capacities, bringing a wide breadth of experience and a variety of perspectives to her role. Alex began her career as a Full-Time Residential Volunteer at Cristo Rey New York High School, where she worked in Development with a focus on communications and event planning. After two years as a volunteer, Alex was hired on to join the team as a Development Associate and continued honing her fundraising and communication skills. 

In 2021, she transitioned to a role in Admissions at Loyola High School while also beginning a Masters Degree in School Counseling at Fordham University. Through her work in Admissions, she was able to form strong connections with a great number of elementary, middle, and high schools in the NYC Metropolitan area and beyond. Alex completed her Masters in the spring of 2024 and moved into the role of School Counselor at Loyola that fall. She loves getting to know schools on a deeper level by being an active member of her school community as a club moderator, coach, chaperone, and more. She is also a strong champion of every school she works with here at DMD Consulting.

Originally from Massachusetts, Alex now lives on the Upper East Side with her fiancée. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, baking, and spending time in Central Park.
