Adriana is an accomplished nonprofit leader with nearly a decade of experience designing and executing comprehensive fundraising plans and offering strategic counsel to nonprofit leaders across a range of sectors, including healthcare, faith-based organizations, and social services. She is dedicated to building strong partnerships and values her role as a collaborative thought partner in driving meaningful, lasting impact for the organizations she serves. Combining a deep commitment to operational excellence with a mission-driven mindset, Adriana focuses on sustainable approaches that deliver long-term success.

Prior to joining DMD, Adriana served as Campaign Director at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), where she spearheaded a transformative multi-million dollar capital campaign to fund the creation of a new state-of-the-art medical facility in New York City. Her career also includes impactful roles at CCS Fundraising, the American Cancer Society, and the International Rescue Committee. Her expertise encompasses campaign management, major and principal gifts, strategic planning, in-depth data analysis, and optimizing operational efficiency, all grounded in a holistic approach to fundraising that empowers nonprofits to achieve their mission-driven goals. 

Adriana holds a Master of Public Administration from the Texas A&M Bush School of Government & Public Service and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Texas A&M University
