Adriana is an enthusiastic nonprofit fundraising professional with nearly a decade of experience in developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies for diverse organizations. With a commitment to operational excellence and building relationships, Adriana has focused her efforts on providing sustainable fundraising practices that yield long-term benefits for the organizations she serves. 

She is the Campaign Director at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), where she spearheaded a multi-million dollar capital campaign in support of a new medical facility in New York City. Before HSS, Adriana was an Associate Director at CCS Fundraising, where she provided strategic fundraising and campaign management counsel to several clients, including HSS, the Archdiocese of New York, the Salvation Army of Greater New York, and the Diocese of Bridgeport. Her experience ranged from campaign management, pledge redemption, major and principal gift proposal development and strategy, prospect research, as well as comprehensive data analysis. 

Adriana holds a Master of Public Administration from the Texas A&M Bush School of Government & Public Service and a bachelor’s in sociology from Texas A&M University.
